ARMA's 17th Annual Conference:

Success in a Consumer Focused Future

This was a historic ARMA Conference. Not only did the Association celebrate its 21st Birthday, ARMA also unveiled full proposals for its new self-regulatory regime: ARMA-Q.

ARMA-Q seeks to improve the lives of leaseholders by setting high standards of service amongst ARMA members. This includes commitment to a new Consumer Charter and Standards which are specific to the managing agent sector.

Accompanying the launch of ARMA-Q, incoming chairman Ben Jordan of Premier Estates in Macclesfield announced the appointment of The Rt Hon Keith Hill as the independent regulator of the new regime.
