RMC Guide DVD/CD-ROM

As more and more lessees take control of their blocks of flats or residential estates, so more and more Residents Management or Right to Manage companies come into existence - over 60,000 companies. Some of these lessees then become directors of these companies and thus take on powers, duties and responsibilities under the Companies Act. This DVD and accompanying CD-ROM aim to assist such directors in complying with the relevant company and other related legislation.

This training package will also benefit property managers if they are being tasked with the company secretary role and/or regularly deal with directors of these companies.
