Residential Block and Estate Management Introductory
Open Learning Course 2007
This introductory Open Learning Course (OLC) for residential block managers and support staff was completely re-written in 2007 to include all relevant and current legislation.
It replaces the original course and associated updates with a fresh modern approach to gaining the knowledge to deliver effective residential long leasehold management and preparing for the Institute of Residential Property Management’s (IRPM) Part I exam.
